Materials that may be used in the Custom Joinery process include:
Bench tops – The wide range of bench tops the Designer will bring forward consist of Laminated Bench Tops that are of the Standard range where the thickness standard is 33mm. Then the deluxe range of Quantum Quartz and Caesar Stone bench tops are brought forward where as this products thickness can be modified from 20mm to 150mm to suite any customers standards, the range of different colours and patterns are too in the packs.
Doors/Faces – Doors and faces come in different finishes starting from the basic laminated doors where the patterns and colours are endless, then the Polyurethane finish is available where any dulux can be used and matched 100% which makes the picking for the customer much easier and exact. The finishes come in High Gloss, Semi Gloss and Satin. The vacuum formed doors which are of compressed thermolaminted vinyl that too come in a lot of colours and pattern ranges. Solid Timber doors are available where the name is self-explanatory the doors are made of Solid Timber and too can be sprayed of Polyurethane to customers choice of colour and/or a clear lacquer is sprayed to gloss the finish timber look.
Splashbacks- Tiling is the standard of the splash backs where the best procedure for tiling is for the customer to pick any type of tile color and pattern personally providing the choice is either of exact match or a feature finish towards the rest of the kitchen. CaeserStone/Granite too is used as a splash back being the mid-range of the three, again colors can be matched exactly to the choice of the Benchtop or it can be used as a feature or a contrast to the rest of the kitchen. The stone masons can assist in covering any angle and shape with stone without a single problem, being said anything is possible with using stone as the splash back. Glass is the final step of the kitchen when all the positioning of GPO are confirmed and everything has been installed then the Glazer steps in with the wide range of colors and samples to provide a better rang of understanding. Measurements are taken to exacts then installation of the Thickened/toughened glass is then carried out.
